Professional development morning on the topic of AI at Wisconsin Lutheran College followed by catered Qdoba Lunch.

Visit to Ward Irish Music Archives (2-3:15) followed by a picnic lunch at the Tosa Beer Garden (3:30-5:00).

Professional development day held virtually because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Featured a slideshow with clues to guess the SWITCH member. Four members gave presentations. Treat boxes were sent to each library in lieu of a lunch.

SWITCH Day held at the Menomonee Valley Urban Ecology Center. The event focused on the upcoming migration from Millennium to Koha followed by an opportunity to explore the center.
